This site lists some Dynamo BIM nodes that people have published, one per post, so they are searchable to see which package each node came from.

There are two built-in search functions, the one above, and the red search box. Their results may be slightly different.

Each post has Package – Name for its title, the Node Name in the first line and the Description in the second line. Example:
