Architect – Single Family Residential
This is a unique opportunity for Residential Architects and Home Designers. We are a new startup company, founded by Architects, with a new web-based platform to sell single family house plans online. We are differentiating ourselves from “stock house plan” sites by recruiting qualified, talented architects and designers to provide designs and construction documents for innovative, quality architecture. While we will not impose stylistic limitations, we will insist on quality in terms of design and construction documents.

In a traditional architecture practice our efforts and talents are often under appreciated and our compensation from clients is often too low. We provide a platform that offers architects the opportunity to be fairly compensated for their efforts by selling their plans online to multiple clients. We offer the highest commission splits in the business: 30% to 40% higher than any other site.
Work can be part-time or full-time.

Applicants must know Autocad or Revit.
It is helpful, but not necessary to know a 3D modeling program (Sketchup, Revit, 3D Studio, etc) for presentation materials.

If you are an experienced residential architect or designer capable of designing single family homes and producing a complete set of Architectural Construction Documents, please call 415-230-0185.
Please DO NOT send a resume. Applicants will be screened in a phone interview prior to viewing portfolio images.
